"I Still Choose" is a song about gratefulness.

Being thankful in the good times of life is pretty easy but choosing to be grateful when life is hard requires a great amount of intentionality.

Have you ever had a tough day but took just a few moments to be grateful for the beauty around you? How did it make you feel? Most likely, it didn’t solve your problems but it probably brought some peace to your heart and calm to your mind.

In your relationships with your spouse, as a parent, with your co-workers and in daily life sometimes all it takes is a moment to pause and reflect on all there is to be grateful for in each situation.

May you choose gratefulness in all of the joy and even in your pain today.
